    DT achieves superior optical splicing quality through precise fusion splicing and optical loss measurement (ORL) optimization. Using advanced fusion splicers and OTDR/OLTS instruments compliant with IEC 61300-3-35, DT maintains strict quality control with target optical loss levels of ≤0.05–0.1 dB. Our splicing work adheres to ITU-T (G.652D, G.657A) standards and MOP guidelines for field testing and reliability assurance.
